Consumer dispute resolution — Verbraucherstreitbeilegung
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of § 36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
